Engagement and interaction with the local community and the local planning authority were critical in gathering the technical evidence required to submit a robust planning package. Demonstrating “Very Special Circumstances” set a high bar in planning terms. However, the collaboration of the technical project team in assembling exceptional evidence collectively strengthens the justification and planning argument for a departure from standard planning policy. The enthusiasm and dedication of Millennium Care in delivering and creating an innovative home for the elderly and vulnerable significantly bolster the case for Very Special Circumstances.
We also worked alongside ACA Architecture, who provided detailed 3D renders that visually communicated the proposed design, helping to ensure a shared vision among stakeholders and facilitating a smoother planning process.
