The site was located on a brownfield plot within a wider residential area of Grantham. A robust Supporting Planning Statement was submitted; justifying the principle of development and most importantly presenting a planning balance as to the design being fit for purpose and operational requirements, whilst responding to the surrounding character of the residential neighbourhood. We also offered expertise advice to other members of the project team to ensure the proposal would be policy compliant.
