P&DG has been project managing the promotion of the site with an extensive team of third-party consultants, as significant technical work has been required to provide robust conclusions as to the suitability of the site for redevelopment. The site for instance is located close to protected habitats and SSSIs and has challenges arising from the gradients of the land, local antisocial behaviour and trespassing.

There is also great potential for housing-led regeneration and enhancements to health and wellbeing in this part of Mansfield, and P&DG led on the visualisations for this in showing the connectivity, green infrastructure and phasing plans for the scheme.
