Linking to P&DG’s EIA Development work, Socio-Economic Statements are predominately prepared by P&DG for inclusion in an Environmental Statement, assessing the likely significant socio-economic effects of a development.

Further, Socio-Economic Statements are prepared by P&DG where appropriate and as required to inform development proposals as they evolve, considering development feasibility, due diligence, and evidencing sustainability at planning application stage.
