Listed Buildings are sacred structures that are expected to be preserved and enhanced through architectural significance.

Attention and expertise are required to successfully obtain listed building consent. P&DG has an in depth understanding and experience interpreting Listed Building legislation and advising on practical design solutions in relation to historic buildings. Our skills include knowledge of architectural conservation and vernacular architecture.

In addition to successfully obtaining permission for development proposals on Listed Buildings, we are also able to guide and design the appearance of schemes to respond to surrounding Listed Buildings to maintain and enhance the character and significance of the local vernacular.
