Our approach included:

Detailed planning advice to optimise the conversion process
Preparation and submission of a robust change of use application
Ongoing liaison with Mansfield District Council, Lidder Care Group and external architect

The project is currently awaiting a committee decision, reflecting the thorough groundwork laid by our team.

Once approved, the development will offer:

Accommodation for 6 adults with learning disabilities
A supportive, community-integrated living environment
