With over two years of post-qualification experience as a Town Planner and a Master’s degree in Urban Studies and Planning from the University of Sheffield, I bring a proactive approach and a keen eye for detail to P&DG’s planning and design services.
Since starting my career, I have honed my skills in securing planning consents across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors, and have additional experience acting as a Local Planning Authority Case Officer working on behalf of an LPA in Derbyshire in Development Control.
At P&DG, I support the team on a diverse range of projects, from householder applications to large strategic sites. My key experience includes Planning Applications of various sorts, including Full Applications, Discharge of Conditions, and Section 73 Variation of Conditions; Written Representations Appeals, Site Appraisals, and Project Management for a variety of sectors. My role also encompasses managing the entire application process, from pre-application advice to monitoring consultee responses post-submission.
